    Nice traditional cake-crust berry pie. Service was fast enough to allow for tea and a treat in under a half hour. The atmosphere is sadly lacking though.

    It is what it is. A place to stay when the ferry can't cross. The bed was uncomfortable. The fan in the washroom wasnt working. The reataurant attached to the hotel had reasonable food but the waitress had a bad attitude.

    Stopped for dinner after a long drive. Food was basic but good. Partridge berry pie was very good. Service was so-so. Our first waitress was in a hurry to go home and wasn't particularly attentive or polite, but her replacement was very nice. I chalked it up to someone having a bad day, but it was uncomfortable.

    Stopped here for a quick lunch before taking the ferry to Labrador. The lunch was good. Staff were friendly, and service efficient.

    A few mix-ups with the food but all around a great place to eat
